If you can't locate your country during checkout, please reach out to us, and we will make every effort to help you with your order. Deliveries to remote areas may experience slight delays. Our shipping system is thorough and efficient; however, in rare instances where an additional remote delivery fee is necessary, we will notify you via email before dispatching the package.

• Shipping Options and Delivery Times: Shipping costs and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items. 
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Customs and Duties: Please note that all of our orders will be shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applicable in the destination country. Please be aware that customs regulations vary from country to country. Our shop is not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused by delays or holds during customs procedures. By placing your order, you agree to pay any necessary taxes or duties required by your country upon the arrival of your package. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for packages returned to us due to customs or tax issues. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their country's import regulations.
• Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: In case of a lost or damaged package, please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if needed. 

Please be aware that we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter issues such as receiving damaged items:
